I’m Charl Mostert, sound artist and foley wrangler. I bring stories to life through crafted sound, from subtle atmospheres to gut-punch crunches and the small details that make scenes feel real. Whether I’m in the wild with a mic or smashing vegetables in studio, I’m chasing the perfect sonic moment.
If you’re starting a project and need sound that truly lands, get in touch and let’s make it happen.
Silverton Siege involved complex dialogue work due to its intense performances, frequent use of foreign accents, and extensive futzed dialogue over walkie-talkies. Much of the ADR process focused on correcting inaccurate American accents, refining reactions, and tightening breath work to heighten realism. These details were critical in maintaining authenticity during the high-pressure moments of the heist, which is based on true events in South Africa
